Watts Technology Services offer a computer repair call out service to both Domestic and Business customers. The fault does not have to just be with a computer, it could be a wireless router you need help setting up, a new Alexa device, new software, or help switching internet providers. We offer a personal service and ensure that all jobs are finished with complete satisfaction from the client.

Chargeable software required or parts will be charged extra upon agreement by the customer. We will always consult you prior to undertaking any repair or maintenance that may incur an additional cost. We aim to complete the work on-site, however if necessary, work may be carried out at our workshop. If needed, we can provide you with a courtesy laptop with our compliments whilst your machine is under repair. We will collect and return equipment at no cost to you within a 15 mile radius. Further afield may incur and additional charge. All payments are due when the customer is satisfied that the work has been carried out to their satisfaction. Card payments are accepted on site.
